Great and creative Weekend!

Hello there!
I had an awesome weekend with some friends and fangirls. I was so happy to see all the wonderful people I met in May again!
It also was a creative weekend because I visited the city of Göttingen in Niedersachen, Germany. It's a University city and a very beautiful one full of history. The Brother's Grimm lived and worked there and things like the landmark, a Goose Girl fountain, totally reminds you of fairy tales.
I had a great weekend and took some fotos which I already started uploading here.

Sickness

I'm sick. More sick than I thought when this cold started some days ago. *sigh*
Yesterday I was afraid for a moment that it would take my muse away again but I proved it wrong by going on writing my story.
I also took some time to make sketches (very small ones) of my four main characters. I like them all so far but I still have to practise drawing guys. I'm so damn bad at it I don't know why. It is easier for me to draw girls.
Maybe I'll try out some things this afternoon.

Time for another post here.
At the moment I'm writing a story. I started yesterday night and I can't stop because my characters have captured me. They already have a life on their own and it's kinda hard to control them. *grin* It's so cool to have that again because it really is a while ago that I had that connection with my characters. So yeah I'm making progress here.
I'm already making progress with my thesis which I'm kinda glad.
Also drawing is giving me a lot at the moment. I finally found great pens for outlines which made me so damn happy!!!

More Art in 2010!

That's what I wanna do: more art in 2010.
2010 will be a busy year for me uni-wise.
The thesis I'm writing and then learning for the exams...but I wanna do more art in the time between. It relaxes me and calmes me down and let me think about something else. Even if it's only a quick sketch or so.
I definitly missed drawing and trying some new things!

Rome!

Rome was amazing, I love that city!
So many monuments from another time, so many Roman buildings, so many ruins....it was amazing. Live History in combination with modern styles and times.
I took lots of fotos, I simply couldn't resist. I'll post some of them here.
I really hope that I can go back to Rome one day there's still so much more to see!
